Guest Scouts_mom
Sending prayers for Chase. Accupunture has worked miracles on my 12 yr Tia who has lower spinal problems. I think the first session was about $125 and each weakly followup one was $75. You don't see results immediately, but after the second session it was clear it was working. Guest Vinnie
Lots of white light and healing prayers. We just went / are going through this with Gracie's Uncle Higgins, he is usually her office mate during the day and whenever we can get them together on weekends. Same spot in the back - they were going to wait and see if it would adjust and it just got worse very quickly as he just couldn't get up. They thought his had ruptured from the xrays, mri and scans etc. but it turned out that it was about to rupture and was absolutely huge, putting a kink in his nerve from the bulge. They got to it in time - but it was basically an emergency surgery - we were panicked as it was to take about an hour and a half and it took almost 4 hours - those nerves and blood vessels in that spot are tricky. He has the surgery pain - it's now 6 weeks post op - but no more back and leg pain - it was immediate relief after the surgery - and once they got the inflammation down - even better than ever before. We get to actually start taking him up the stairs again slowly so we hope to have him back in the office within the next 2 weeks. If you are not getting any relief after your try the accupuncture/chiropractor you may want to ask your vet about surgical options - especially if they are already concerned about paralysis. Please keep us posted, we will keep you in our prayers and thoughts. Hugs to you and soft scritches to Chase.

The vet said he's "on the verge of being very bad" but that he still has control of his legs and can hold his tail up (he'll allow her to put his back feet on his knuckles and won't immediately fix them and his tail isn't rigid), so she says those are good signs. patricia
Sending my many prayers. I know your fears. In our case the alternative medicine did not help. By the time Angel Sophia had surgery it was too late. We did however meet two greys that did very well with the surgery. Know that you are in my thoughts.
