Guest FullMetalFrank Posted December 21, 2007 Share Posted December 21, 2007 (edited) Last night we went downstairs for a potty break and I noticed he seemed really awkward going down the stairs. Today he slipped twice on the tile floor in the kitchen. Gene and I have been keeping a close eye on him and we have observed that he is limping and ever so slightly dragging his right hind foot. I don't know if he slipped in the yard, or if it is something else. We will give it a day or two and see if he improves; I have rimadyl if he needs it, if no improvement I'll take him in... I am worried about my Frankie, please keep him in your prayers. He will be eight years old Jan. 3rd. He is weak in his right rear leg, he stumbles, trips and it's sad and scary. I am taking him to the vet on Monday. I know what you are going through and how you feel. He should automatically uncurl his toes and stand properly. If he doesn't, it could be indicative of a neurological issue, possibly LS.
