    Goods

Crap. I am so sorry for your loss Diane.
  3. I have been thinking about Gus and wondering how he is doing Kerri. Thanks for the update! Please keep us posted. More prayers for sweet Gus. :hope
  4. Being it is her eye, I would take her to Cornell Linda. The brand new vets are confounding to me. They have just graduated and are (or should be) "up to date" on the newest treatments and options. On the other hand, they are lacking in practical experience. If your primary vet is not too worried, I would see what the staff at Cornell have to say. I am sorry darling Keeva is not feeling well. Please let us know what goes on.
  5. Sounds good Kim!! I know exactly what you mean about the eating. Future is almost 13 years old and has been with us 9 years. In all that time he has never missed two meals in a row. He has skipped one maybe 4 or 5 times, but never two. Continued chanting from upstate NY.
  6. No insight or experience Kerri, just want you to know I am thinking of you and Gus. Please keep us posted on his progress.
  7. Well, crap. Hoping it is only the spleen and removal will be possible. Keep us posted as you can please Kim.
  8. I have had many instances of limping among all four of my hounds over the years. We have had : torn crucuiate (Bones) dislocated toes (Future) Kia ripped her dew claw clean off. Pearl has a long standing old injury that causes a limp at times. Foreign body in a pad. (Bones) Bones most recenlty presented with a serious limp that turned out to be a soft tissue injury and he has recovered well and fully. There are many causes of a limp, most of them fixable. Having already lost one hound to osteo would most certainly be a reason to fear the worst when a limp presents. Healing thoughts for Sam and Trish.
  9. Me too, thanks Dr. Bill. Especially since all four of my dogs allegedy tested positive for Lyme disease. They fall in to the 95% you mentioned who have 0 symptoms and have never been sick (with classic symptoms of Lyme disease) a day in their lives.
  10. I am one of the few who would not use it in any capacity. I have never purchased anything from e-bay in my life and actually never go there except to manage the sales end of our listing at work. I am not a huge fan of auctions. Good luck with it if you decide to do it. Sounds like other peeps would use it and enjoy it.
  11. Great news Jody!! Feel better Miss Daisy and please stop scaring your Mom!
  12. You've got it Kim. Please let us know what the vet says. Feel better Dallas.

    Cullen's Gone

Oh no Marcia!! I am shocked and saddened to hear of Cullen's passing. I smile when I think of that fun day we all had together before you left for SC and I am SO happy we all got together. Rest well sweet Cullen. Your upstate NY family loves you too.
  14. Robin I have no experience or information to offer. I want to second joining Circle of Grey for support and information. Know I am thinking of you and Loca.
  15. Awwwww poor Daisy!! All of mine (except Future, who does not do stairs) have gone in a pile on the stairs at one time or another Jody. Sounds encouraging that she is weight bearing on the leg. Please let us know what the vet says.
  16. I am so very sorry for your loss.
