Marcia thanks for the heads up. Please keep us posted as you can.
Cullen is my Kia's full brother, exactly 14 months younger. He is a beautiful, wonderful, gorgeous soul. We were so fortunate to meet him (and his family) before they moved to SC.
I recently had something similar with one of my hounds. The limp did not resolve after day two, we went to the vet. Doc thought it was an injury (perhaps soft tissue) in his shoulder. After a short course of Previcox (then Metacam when it became impossible to get the Previcox in the dog) he is fine now.
As Trudy said, sometimes a limp is just a limp. Good luck with Stanley.
Sending many prayers for a simple fix for Miss Diamond. My 11 year old female will squeak from neck pain if she is allowed to run too much. She is finally getting to the point where she self polices her running, but it took a long time to get here. Please keep us posted.
We have a large minivan, but have four dogs. A Yakima storage box rides on the roof rack. Works the best for us. The luggage is away from the dogs and secure. The dogs have plenty of room. Might see you at Grapehounds if I get out there.
I am so sorry for your loss Jeff. I met you very briefly in the parking lot of the Southwinds at Dewey many years ago. If I remember correctly Presto was with you. Beautiful hound.
