I can't even begin to say how sorry I am.

Her pain is gone. Blessings to you.

I can't believe we have lost another one. This has been a terrible month. I know the short time she had with her new family was precious to them am so grateful they gave her a wonderful home during her last days.

I am so sorry to hear this. We have lost yet another beloved angel. I like to think that the stars twinkling in the sky are our babies looking down on us. Hugs to you all.

I was just giggling over this picture yesterday, when she was on the couch with Jeanie (greytlady94) and lynn (HJsM) and she was trying to get Jeanie to move off the couch. She left a little turd. Everybody thought DH had left the turd Run with the angels, sweet girl.

My sweet Lil China Blue - so perfect other than chewing up my granddaughters' Barbie dolls. China, you were Freddie's lifeline when we brought this poor soul home. You taught him that it was OK to go for walks, to go visit other greyhounds, and to enjoy our bed. You loved our grandkids (actually, all kids). You enjoyed being invited back the dog track for special occasions to serve as official greeter/ ambassadog. You were a beautiful girl, physically, but you also had such a gentle and loving soul. We miss you so very much. We had you to the vets so many times because of your limp but they could never find anything, including the specialist. We will regret to our dying day that we were not able to help you and that you suffered with the osteo until it was too late. Please forgive us. I can't wait until I see you again....

The end to a very, very sad story. This is the first time DH has ever been involved in a search. He is truly heartbroken. Thanks for your dedication and efforts.

It was a privilege to meet him at Magic's birthday party. He wasn't too interested in anyone unless they had *the right kind of* food. Lynn hit it right on with the shrimp. Slurp slurp slurp.

We are losing way too many of our beloved puppers. It just breaks my heart every time I see another post. I know it's part of the circle of life, but I wish we could delay the outcome just one more day, one more month, one more year. Argghhhh. I hate to cry.

They are never with us long enough. It's so hard to let them go. Try not to second-guess yourself.

My granddog, Ariel, crossed the bridge a few minutes ago. She is the one in the middle. Three years ago yesterday, my other granddog, Sebastian (the Peke next to Ariel), crossed the bridge. My daughter and granddaughters are devasted, but they did the right thing for her. She was just old and sick. Our hearts are hurting today.

I think if you bathe your dogs in the tub, you will be disgusted to see the amount of dirt that comes off of them, whether they stink or not. I can't even imagine not giving myself a bath, much less my dogs, especially if they sleep in my bed. JMHO.
