I did the same thing. After I'd cooked some chicken in the Instant Pot, I put the the leftover bones back in with aromatic vegetables, water, and cooking juices and made bone broth. I keep it in a big, vintage Tupperware container in the fridge. At mealtimes, I pour it over kibble an microwave it for 30 seconds to bring it to warm. It's gone in an instant. I'll usually skim cooking juices from any kind of not-spicy meat dish I'm cooking and keep it in the fridge. We also have a small plastic "Merc meat" container. Fatty scraps of meat go in there to be doled out in small amounts.

Could be missing her signals. Could be a combination of the smell of another dog's pee combined with the "I'm not at home, therefore, house training isn't nearly so important". I know I have to watch Mercury carefully in new places to make sure he knows this is "indoors" and the rules still apply (No see no sky, no pee. See the grass, unclench your *ss).

A thousand thank yous for the Scale House Brewery hounds-inside alert. It is so difficult to find a place for lunch that's not outside. I'm not a beer drinker but I tried the peanut butter stout. What a hoot! I saw the bowl of meatballs on the menu. Should have gone with that. Mercury says their floor was nice and cool As was the water at Taughannock Falls

I think I'm ready. This evening, I made a "vat" of cole slaw (O.K., it's a vintage Pyrex bowl but it's the BIG bowl; will travel in a LARGE Tupperware container) If you're interested, ahem, I can be bribed to share. just sayin' I'll be easy to find Friday night. I'll be the one with the greyhound. By the way, that's homegrown organic horseradish and homegrown organic chives. Might just be worth a glass of sweet red or Reisling, yes?
