  1. Good for you guys, this is wonderful!!!! Enjoy every minute with "Junebug" (love that!). She's gorgeous.
  2. My guys looked at the steps and started up, then backed down and gave me the "huh?" look. We just did "one foot at a time" (both up and down), holding onto the leash and guiding them, and in no time they are using the steps as they were intended.
  3. I'm so sorry for your loss. Your baby knew how much you loved her. Godspeed Wembley
  4. Good friends and dear memories, thank you for sharing your Peanut Princess. There are so many wonderful photos, I love the pic of Peanut poking her head out from under Peter's arm You are so loved little Peanut.
  5. Here is my attempt. After consult with the OP , I decided to duct tape the raw edges to prevent the insulation from shedding. Segugio is trying them out for the first time. Thank you!!

  10. L.B., my mom's 17 y.o. cat, lives with me now. He gets (plain) Metamucil every day, twice a day, mixed into his canned food, and eats it right up.
  11. I am so sorry for your loss of sweet Seany. Godspeed sweet boy.
  12. I'm so sorry for your loss of your sweet Maggie. She is beautiful. I have enjoyed the company of pets all of my life, and when they have to leave it doesn't ever, ever, get any easier. They leave their footprints on our hearts. And at some point, you will welcome the remembering because that is what keeps them nearby, even when they are not. There is no timeframe and it's all normal, everything you are feeling. Just go with it, and you do not have to explain it, to anyone. Godspeed sweet Maggie
  13. No advice for you, Anne, but hoping that whatever is bothering Spriet will resolve soon. I love that dog.
  14. This is probably my favorite photo of this girl, sacked out with half-empty wine bottles over her head. Look at those frito feet. I'm keeping the light on here for you, Neyla and keeping you and your mom in my prayers.
  15. Just 's for you and Neyla, Jen, I'm so sorry you are looking at this.
  16. I did not have a good experience when Tom was ready to come home. He was totally not well presented and I will spare the details. If your brother will go with you, would he go in ahead of you to be sure that your baby is ready and thoughtfully tended to before you drive back? I’m so sorry that I can’t post for you that it was a good experience for me, and I am now always apprehensive about this trip. So (too) many here have done just fine, however, and I pray that this is the case for you. I will be thinking of you. Sending hugs.
  17. (weep) I, too, remember when Queen Quilty was found, and you opened your hearts and home to her. Thank you for everything you did for her. She was well loved, and an inspiration, and she will be sorely missed. Godspeed sweet Quilty.
  18. Tucking you tightly in my prayers, Neyla. Hugs to your mom, too.
  19. I am so sorry. What wonderful memories you have of your girl. Godspeed sweetie.
  20. We love Bag Balm. Our local big chain grocery stores usually carry it, as do CVS and health food stores, if a livestock store isn't nearby.
  21. Larry Ollie, you little porkchop, you are so sweet Thank you for posting this wonderful news, Adrianne, I've had little girl syndrome all morning
