  1. We have been baknforfing so hard all morning for Rita and this is not the report we were looking for. We will keep going, tho, and continue to send all our camper healing vibes. Ducky
  2. Milo And good job, mom! Meal toppers can be quite routine for seniors, I’m impressed that you’re just starting them now! Punkin has been doing fabulous with her monthly Librela injections. I just said to Rachel how spry Punkin was this morning! Of course, she’s on a tall cocktail but I saw marked improvement with the addition of Librela. When Punkin’s pancreatitis-prone system is off, alerted by gurgles and refusing all noms, she gets Entyce and within two hours she wants a small meal and she improves to normal by late afternoon lunch. Her last snack and Famotidine are just before bed and that seems to have helped for quite a while now. I’m rambling but maybe there’s something helpful in all of that.
  3. Until this gig with AnnIE, I’ve always just been their driver (Pal, Segugio, Aiden, Cletus) There have been days when substituting Wiki for AnniE would have been entirely appropriate Sometimes the kidlets are just
  4. Story Hour has been an established event at the lieberry library for quite a while, but you're right, it wouldn't hurt to ask to switch it up a bit. The director is out on maternity leave but I shall inquire. Thanks Nancy!
  5. Good boi, Sid Maybe that’s the type of program AnnIE should be involved in, having the kids do the reading!
  6. All of you heading out have a great time at GIG!
  7. Awww, thanks And mom said to axe you about them lieberry stories you must hab Thanks everyone! I think I’m getting better at the reading/interacting part but I’d really love to just drop off AnnIE for her gig and pick her up when she’s finished.
  8. Srsly Mom, let’s get going, it’s My Day!! Aahhh! That’s moar bedder, we’re here! I gets to read wif the kidlets It’s Lieberry Day!! And indeed she did! There were about seven kids of all ages, the most attentive of whom was a 6 yo boy who was a delight, even helping me turn the book pages. His mom was smitten with AnnIE and was amazed at how soft AnnIE’s fur is. They spent considerable time together We had a very tired, happy camper. Thank you AnnIE
  9. Seconding what the others have said, and suggesting that you read carefully the pinned thread at the top of this topic entitled “Trust.”
  10. Two incredible milestones Congrats to both of you
  11. I use these dental wipes for the campers and they seem to work pretty well.
  12. I love everything about this thread! 2004 was without doubt the best group of idiots to ever grace (?) (lol) a ball field! Lil Poppy, Big Papi would be proud, you should message him! Just watch your language, little girl - we know whose city it is Poppy
  13. Oooh! That is going to look soo good on Poppy! Congrats!
  14. Good luck Rebecca! Everyone, the auction closes at 11:00am EST. Only one hour left to place your bids!
  15. Cindy, I think your signature says it as well. My heart goes out to you, David, Angus and yes, Lacifur, on your profound loss. I am just so sorry your goodest boy left way too soon. He knew how much he was loved.
  16. Oh, such fun! Labs + snow go together like PB&J I hope you have good viewing, Cindy!
  17. Thanks for all the good thoughts! I will take snow over tornadoes (even the threat of them) and rain any day. Our power came back after just 90' but friends <2hr south of us (and 1h NW of Kerry) still are out after 24h. The snowfall here was a swizz just one foot, not the two feet predicted. Paths are shoveled, plowing done, melting starting. Bring on Monday's dark glasses
  18. Ours is a camp for seniors but please stop with the photos, I am feeling faint. Poppy The Fast Friends auction has a sweet BRS collar, just sayin'
  19. Ears aside (or behind, or still in formation, whaevah ), what you have there is obviously a full-on Mayhem
  20. I’m glad that your storm turned into mostly a nothing burger! The mud, tho, ugh. I think your herd is mostly barefoot, yes? Our plow has been by for the second time annnnd we’ve lost power
  21. The plow has been by and will be back! So far (8:00ayem), about 8" and still coming down. How about you??
