If you have a dog that is afraid or aggressive towards people and/or dogs, this is a great website. I highly recommend her webinars. I live with a dog who is afraid of people and of going outside, and she helped me to "get inside of his head" and to understand fear based behaviours from a dog's point of view. Fearful Dogs

Last night I took a wonderful webinar about fearful dogs. I live with a dog who is terrified of most people and of being outside in general. Wow, what a shock! I'm so sorry. There is a dog who lives around the corner from me who is completely blind. Her eyes were removed due to very painful pressure along the optic nerves. They were replaced with fake eyes. I knew her before the surgery and still see her often. She is fine and I would never know she was blind. She reacts just like any other dog when she sees me and approaches Iker the same ya she approached Phoenix prior to losing her sight. There is a doggie ophthalmologist outside of London. Do you think it might be worth a second opinion?

I just saw this photo of Treasure in the gallery. She passed away in May. A week after GIG I took her to the vet. During the visit she was diagnosed with osteo, and went into respiratory failure as she was coming out of anesthesia. I let her go right there and then as it was apparent it had already spread to her lungs. No warning, no time to prepare. I guess I still haven't processed it. I can be pretty slow

How did a medical question turn into a pro racing forum? As others have said, some dogs are just thin. Bridge Angel Phoenix was thin, no matter what I did. There are some really good suggestions here about adding weight, give them a try.
