    I am so sorry your girl is feeling so poorly. It is so hard to watch. The above suggestion of baby food is great. If she has always eaten kibble, canned food could do the trick. Ground turkey or beef might be tempting. Grated cheese over her food could help.

    I know this feeling very well. We were up twice between 11:30 pm and 6:30 am with Aquitaine having the runs. It was really hard to leave home this morning. I fasted her (stinkeye!) and my walker will go over early today but I really just want to be home with her. Try to stay calm. It will do you both good.

    I promise that I am not casting aspersions on Birdie but here is the CDC info re: the doxy shortage: linky. I know that in the past I have been told that I can get antibiotics at the pet store in the fish aisle (and I did when I had fish). I would ask one of the online vets here to weigh in on that one though. The prices are sure right! Here
