  3. Yes, I can not believe the amount of hair they are losing. I am trying to brush frequently so all that hair is not all over my house!
  4. She is adorable and ';m glad to see she is trying to have fun. It will probably be a while before she is back to normal. It took my Polli almost 6 weeks after an injury. Hugs to you both.
  5. My Chloe is 68 pounds and is on .5 -- 2 times a day. It's a low dose but it is doing the job.
  6. I am so sorry to hear this. Run free sweet Hamie
  7. Bathing them will dry them out. Soap? dog soap? If not that is definitely going to dry her out. We only bath several times a year unless they get into something that a wipe won't clean. We use missing link and have never had dry skin. (it's not dandruff, that's actually something much different) Your hand has oils in it. By stroking, petting her, that will oil up her coat. They do shed a lot this time of year. You wouldn't beleive what comes off my 4 when I use the glove/brush.
  8. Teddy had the exact same thing on the roof of his mouth which was surgically removed during his dental last year. I found it because of the way he roaches laying with this mouth open upside down!!! It was benign and they said it could grow back. I would have it looked at but I am sure it's nothing.
  9. Sending more prayers from NY.
  10. I use the Aqudent for the water. And CET makes a tarter control toothpaste. I use that and the CET chews. www.healthypets.com They sell it.
  11. I have to brush my Polli's teeth EVERY day. I take the tooth brush and because it is everyday, she is really fine with it. I brush all her teeth, front, back, up and down. I do the circular movement on them. The others only get it once a weekl.
  12. Oh no, I had been looking for an update. I am so so sorry.
  13. Agree. I would call and ask the protocol. I think because your dogs have their rabies shot, they should be ok.
  14. No, eating scallions and limping don't add up. Try pedcid for the tummy and a trip to the vet if after 3 days of no improvement for the limping. Don't give him anything for pain 12 hours prior to going to vet or it will be masked. We use the 3 day rule here as many other GTers do too. Hope it is nothing. Don't panic. It's probably a sore muscle.
  15. Hugs to Milky, Trish. Hope she is Ok.
  16. My Beau tripods from time to time. When he had his dental last week, I had the vet take a series of pictures and nothing showed up. Beau had a serious accident on that a year ago so I am not surprised he has issues with it, I just don;t know wht causes him to tripod. I hope your babies is nothing serious.
  17. Sending mega doses of good thoughts and prayers for both Brady and his mommy. Please update as soon as you can. Come on Brady, so many people are rooting for you.
  18. I just saw this post and I am thrilled to see the outcome. What I noticed about Polli after her last dental (last Thursday) is that they went a little bit light on the injectable anethesia and it made a major difference in the way she came out if it.
  19. You have mega prayers coming yours and Joey's way. Please update and keep the faith.
