It's not pronounced and if you didn't know him and the way he moves, you probably wouldn't even see it but I do. I've been over his entire leg and don't feel or see anything out of the ordinary and he's not at all reactive. He is going in on Thursday morning for a look. Please send out some good thoughts for my big man that it's just due to his crazy running style.
