Surgery + 55 days:

Singh had x-rays today. Everything is looking good. The bone is healed and the skin on his leg looks good. He's into our DIY rehab with two 15-minute walks a day for a month. At times in the house he will walk with no limp which is pretty cool. The next appointment is at the end of the month.

Surgery + 83 days.

We are done!

Singh had his last appointment at the OSU vet hospital. They measured the circumference of his leg. There was a small concern because the last x-ray looked a little odd. His leg lost a whole centimeter which is a good thing. If there was a tumor it would have gotten bigger. That plus the fact that he's not in any pain and he's trying to do all the wacky stuff he did before means the chance of a tumor is very, very small. If we really want to we can come back in a couple of months for another x-ray. I've made the appointment for now but I'll probably cancel it if everything keeps getting better.

The walks can now get longer and longer and he can go out in the back yard on his own! :yay

Now Singh can really relax.
