Robin1017
Yikes. The first post sounded like my past 3 weeks with Robin that I just posted about. I'm glad he's feeling better. 6greyhounds
Is your Robin better? I played with my regular vet until I went to the ER I should of gone to the ER first Quote It is better to have loved and lostThan never to have loved at allMissing my Big Blue eyed Bear
Robin1017
Well, he's sleeping happily after a meal of chicken and jasmine rice (all I had) and his first dose of flagyl. Hopefully he sleeps through the night without incident. We can deal with soft and liquid poop, but it's the uncontrollableness of the episodes that is difficult for both of us. He feels so bad! Do you know the name of the bacterial infection EZ had? I can ask about it on Wednesday when we go in, and hopefully avoid having to pay the ER prices. :-( Edited September 27, 2011 by Robin1017 Quote Cathy & Calvin (DOB 9/18/13). 6greyhounds
don't know the name of it right now but they are mailing me the report and hopefully will have it by Wednesday - I went the route of hook worm, plus the pancur and the flagyl and none of that worked - even Kaopectate and Metamucil. All told between my vet and the ER & Internal Medicine with hospitalization have have paid out close to $3,000. Robin1017
Well...maybe I'll be lucky. After all, after the first bout, he has been fine for almost 2 weeks... Keep me posted if you do learn the name of it, and I'll keep my fingers crossed. Quote Cathy & Calvin (DOB 9/18/13). Always missing my angel Robin (Abdo Bullard).
