Scottandjo
I lost my personal version of "Man's Best Friend". Cherry, we still think of you often and can now laugh about some of your funny antics. You gave us almost 12 years of the most wonderful memories. Say hi to all the other puppies at the bridge and remind them that they are still very much loved from those still here. Cherry and I would almost always snuggle on the floor when I got home from work for a few minutes and I would let her know about all of the stuff I had to deal with at work that day that never really made much sense. She always understood fully and made me feel much better. Cherry, it has never been as easy to go to work since I know we can't discuss the day like we used to. Rest well sweet pup! Hawthorn
I don't think you ever stop missing or loving them. It really doesn't seem like 2 years . Quote When a relationship of love is disrupted, the relationship does not cease. The love continues; therefore, the relationship continues. The work of grief is to reconcile and redeem life to a different love relationship. ~ W Scott Lineberry Always Greyhounds Home Boarding and Greyhounds With Love House Sitting

racindog
What a sweet understanding girl. I reckon it 's true they do take a piece of our heart when they cross over, but, I believe they also leave us a part of theirs. I'm sure you will always share her love.
