Day 4 breakfast was gobbled up so Monty has regained his usual huge appetite. Here's hoping for continued gobbling!

 

 

good boy monty! you will prob find that happens after each treatment. ive gotten used to ember being a little off for 4 or 5 days after a treatment.

Just checking in for an update on handsome Monty. I hope he had a good day and that is continuing to eat.

Good news! How's his incision doing?

The incision is kind of open in one spot, but they left it that way at the reeval to try to get all the air out from under his skin . Friday is chemo number two and they will relook at the incision . By then I hope the onco vet will have spoken with OSU.

Not sure what kind of chemo Monty's having, but might be worth asking your oncologist about Cerenia - it's good for nausea - I found Herbie's nausea really kicked in about 48 hours after treatment. Hope Monty continues to do well!
