Guest Kaquel
Hey everybody! I'm new to the board (and also a new greyhound owner hehe). Meet Lite: Outside the adoption agency looking very apprehensive on the day we picked him. Abstract headshot! coughtotalaccidentcough In the car on the way home. First night home. Also from his first night home. We've had him for a week now and he's just starting to open up a little. We're getting tail wags and this morning he was so happy to see I was around (normally I'm at school from 6:30-2:30) he was spinning in circles and jumping into the air and otherwise just being a very happy boy. (Of course now I need to go out today so he doesn't get used to me being home.) Anyway it's nice to be a part of the board (that I have been stalking for a week heehee). PrairieProf
Welcome from Iowa -- cute pup, and congrats! I love the pic of him resting his head on the bag of kibble. Are you from Joisey the state (vs. the island in England)? I used to live near Atlantic City -- and boy, would I prefer their typical weather right now -- "sunbelt of the Northeast"! It's looking like April before we get to walk on open grass again.
