ShantisMom
Well, the time has come...Asti will have her spay surgery tomorrow. If you can spare some good thoughts, we would appreciate it. The trick will be keeping her quiet for several days. No swimming for her. Guest Vinnie
Oh my goodness, the title gave me heart failure! I thought she had been a puppy klutz again and something had happened, so glad that is not the case. We will keep her in our thoughts and prayers as she goes through her spay - wish I could help with the keeping her quiet - but she's about as quiet as Gus is! :lol Hope all goes well and that she heals quickly - there should still be a little swimming time before California's "winter". Sending extra scritches.

ShantisMom
Asti is at the vets. I dropped her off this morning. Miss bubbly was not pleased to be staying without me. They were planning to do it this morning and I pick her up this afternoon. Think good thoughts! Quote The Girls

ShantisMom
The vet just called. They are about to start surgery. They did find a slight heart murmur. Level 1 (out of 6), left apex. She had to listen for 5 minutes to hear it. She thinks it is fine, she will out grow it or could be nerves. If the murmur continues to show up in a few months we will do a cardiac work up. But she does not feel it is a needed item today. I will let you know when she is out. Quote The Girls
