Fiona3
Ours have also had poor reactions to dentals and their mouths seemed sore from the scraping of the tartar. You could try giving Brandy some mashed potatoes with boiled chicken pieces mixed in. We've done this for ours and they seem to find it soothing. It is so worrisome with our senior greys - they seem to take a bit longer to bounce back. Hugs to you and Brandy! Houndtime
She didn't eat this morning. I made scrambled eggs for her after she refused the chicken, but she just spit the eggs. I mean she really spit them out. I am hoping she will eat her dinner. She seems to be walking better today, so that's good. Burpdog
Of all the NSAIDs, deramaxx is the worst on the stomach. Please keep an eye on her. I hope you are giving her pepcid, carafate or some other stomach help. Quote Diane & The Senior Gang Burpdog Biscuits

Batmom
Any better this evening? I haven't had any worse trouble with deramaxx than other nsaids but I do always give with food and/or pepcid. Houndtime
I truly believe her glands seem less swollen today. She ate most of her breakfast this morning. Last night she took a little walk. Things are looking up.
