He sadly passed away three weeks ago from a short and unexpected illness. In our loss, we turned to this board for support, advice and kindness - we found an abundance of all of that. Since today was such a happy day for us, we wanted to share it here - with people who we know will be excited for us and for our new furkids. While we will always love and miss our Peter, we just knew that we needed to open our home (and Peters beds!) to more of these wonderful doggies. Introducing C's Mel Gibson and amf OneCrazyCoed or Mel and Coco. Today was our gotcha day for both of them and we are having so much fun with them already! There's nothing better for healing an aching heart than loving a greyhound. I'm sure Peter had a divine paw in this wonderful event, too. The pictures just didnt do him justice on the Shamrock site, he is stunning - and our new sweet, Coco bean is just a doll. She and Mel get along great!!
