Inu has been a clicker as long as I've know the boy and he came to me when he was three. I use a glucosamine supplement called Actiflex 4000. I can't say that the clicking is any less but it's something I do. If you find something that seems to help or even a possible diagnosis let me know.

I always give Salem my car sick hound one ginger pill prior to getting in the car. I can't honestly tell you if it helps or not, but it doesn't hurt. She hasn't had any adverse reaction, although I also don't give it daily. I vote why not give it a try for a few days and see how it works. I remember an episode of Myth Busters where they tested all the crazy theories to combat nausea and ginger was the only one that really tested effective, seems like that could translate to the dogs. What vet do you use? I have my close to me vet for the usual suspects but I drive to Great Falls Animal Hospital whenever I see something where I think experience with multiple greys is of benefit. I love my regular vet and think he's the best but he also understands my need to see Dr. Kellogg for special cases, particularly a limp or feet stuffs. Corns can be hidden up in the toe pad and not be visible. Have you squeezed each of her digits both at the pad and above to look for any discomfort? I'm thinking corn or joint injury when I ask this. thinking positive thoughts for Celeste

After reading about Polli and watching Cookie (who has Osteo in her shoulder) I *speculate* that I would amputate. Both girls seem to be doing rather well quickly post amp. This is a very personal decision. The one thing I always remember is that when Dr. Cuoto talks he always says that greys have "three and a spare." He also commented at the Fredericksburg fundraiser that it took him back when he noticed most of the dogs in the room had four legs because he's so accustomed to seeing three.

There may very well be more than just the corn bothering him. Eight weeks on cipro Inu is now relatively limp free from a dog who was hobbling on three legs.

Agreed completely. I made that mistake for about 10 hours with one of my fosters his foot looked like a lab's foot round and fat ,but I took the wrap off and within a few hours his foot was the normal size. No need to stress unless like Christie says it's stinkie.
