With an aching heart and tear filled eyes, I sent the Divine Miss Phoenix to the Bridge this afternoon, to be freed from a failing body that could no longer serve her with dignity. I know she was met by her first owner who was blessed with her company for 10 years. I adopted Phoenix (thank you GT) when she was 12 1/2 and she took her first long road trip with us from Salem, OR to So Cal. In the past 3 1/2 years, she's been on several greyhound adventures (twice to Kanab), and ruled as the Queen of my home with her velvet paw and sharp bark, keeping the young 'ins in line. She'll be very missed and already the house feels empty without her presence. Have asked my Bridge angels to greet her and welcome her to the land of light. Please add your prayers for a safe journey and forever happiness until we meet again. I'll always love you, little girl.

Have there been any x-rays taken of his spine? I'd do that first before an MRI. BTW, the quoted cost for an MRI seems really high. You might want to check around for pricing at other clinics...
