Did he scope her the entire nasal cavity? (I don't know what kind of instruments they use but I know it's usually a specialist)
Since this happened directly after the rice incident, I wonder if there is rice somewhere that is causing the whole thing.
Try stinky food. Most of the dogs I've had tolerated clavamox with no problems. You might try pepcid for her stomach.

It bothers me when they don't want to eat the kibble but will eat other food--I wonder if the kibble is bad. Are allergies an issue in your part of the country right now?

I'd go with I/D before W/D but that is me. It's not for long term feeding.

I use just boiled meat, or boiled meat and pasta or potatoes. No rice.
I'd feed him some boiled meat today and tomorrow and see if he straightens up. Will not hurt to run in another stool sample.
Since Wellness sold to the same investment company that bought Eagle Pack, I won't feed it again. Try BilJac kibble or BilJac frozen (if you can get it where you are).
