I'd go with I/D before W/D but that is me. It's not for long term feeding. W/D canned: W/D Dry: I use just boiled meat, or boiled meat and pasta or potatoes. No rice.

I'd feed him some boiled meat today and tomorrow and see if he straightens up. Will not hurt to run in another stool sample. Since Wellness sold to the same investment company that bought Eagle Pack, I won't feed it again. Try BilJac kibble or BilJac frozen (if you can get it where you are).
