  1. Did he scope her the entire nasal cavity? (I don't know what kind of instruments they use but I know it's usually a specialist) Since this happened directly after the rice incident, I wonder if there is rice somewhere that is causing the whole thing. Try stinky food. Most of the dogs I've had tolerated clavamox with no problems. You might try pepcid for her stomach. OK looked at your first post again Sound to me like she needs it now.
  2. Where are you located? Doxy doesn't get babesia and I have a feeling he has erlichia. He needs a full tick panel. What are his platelets, HCT & RBC?
  3. It bothers me when they don't want to eat the kibble but will eat other food--I wonder if the kibble is bad. Are allergies an issue in your part of the country right now? edited to add: how much thyroid?
  4. What she said An hour is preferable but many times one doesn't have that kind of time.
  5. Gorgeous girl. What wonderful photos!
  6. I'd be suspicious of the bully sticks since this happened right after. Sending lots of prayers!
  7. Sending my sympathy He sounds like a wonderful friend.
  8. I meant to say Manchester, not Nashua Understand, but I thought he was a surgeon at a fully staffed clinic? OK - went & looked it up. It's a referral and ER clinic: Animal Medical Care Center of New England
  9. This is 29 min from you: Seems to me someone from here is in Nashua. Hopefully they will see this.
  10. Please give my sympathy to all who loves him
  11. He is gorgeous! Looks like Isaac a bit.....wonder if it could be one of his sons.
  12. I'd go with I/D before W/D but that is me. It's not for long term feeding. W/D canned: W/D Dry: I use just boiled meat, or boiled meat and pasta or potatoes. No rice.
  13. I wonder if Transfer Factor will help her.
  14. Has she taken the dog to an eye specialist? They would be able to tell her
  15. I'd feed him some boiled meat today and tomorrow and see if he straightens up. Will not hurt to run in another stool sample. Since Wellness sold to the same investment company that bought Eagle Pack, I won't feed it again. Try BilJac kibble or BilJac frozen (if you can get it where you are).
  16. Seems like yesterday he came home to you It's never long enough.
  17. It's really hard to go thru the healing process with them Hope he heals quicker than you think
  18. Vet visit and I'd use benedryl till then. That one spot looks like staph.
