  2. I am so so sorry. Polli was a special girl, and she couldn't have had a better home and family than yours. I just wish she could have stayed longer. There really are no words for the pain, but you know we understand and share.

  9. It is good that you finally know what you are dealing with! I know Spencer gets acupuncture, you might ask your acupuncturist to give him a couple of needles in his "pee spot" Sugar had problems with incontinence when she had her back end problems, and the acupuncture vet did her "pee spot" (that was what she called it) and it really helped. Clearing up the UTI will be the biggest help, of course!

  18. Robin, she has to get better, she just has to When Sugar had her back end problems (not LS), one really bad time she couldn't even stand without falling over. My vet gave her a steroid shot and said, if this doesn't work... she really didn't have to finish that sentence It took about 48 hrs for her to become mobile enough to get around without falling, and she had her second acupuncture treatment a few days later. We never looked back! She continued to improve, with a few minor setbacks, but she never got that bad (or even close) again. for the same miracle for Polli!
