  1. I belong to a raw feeders co-op. You can get them in the 40lb case, or in 5lb bags. They also have duck necks and some other good stuff. Delivery is once a month, the actual butcher shop is on the west side, but there is an East Valley pick up location. No charge to order from them http://www.azrawbones.com/order/ I also grab them at Sprouts when ever I see them
  2. I didn't use memory foam for my old girl, I used the egg crate foam instead. I have a memory foam mattress myself, and I can see how a 60 lb dog wouldn't make much of a dent The egg crate foam held up very well, and seemed to give her the support she needed. However, when I tried to get more, I have had trouble finding some thick enough. I want it at least 4".

  6. I am so sorry, this has been such a difficult time for you
  7. If she is just doing it while you are gone, I would just close the dog door when you are not at home. They aren't puppies, so they really don't need to go out that frequently. Fletcher is a poop eater, but putting him on a raw diet solved the problem for me. I put him on raw for his IBD, the end of poop eating was a happy side effect I guess those hard, dry little nuggets aren't as appetizing

I am so, so sorry. You and Harley fought as hard as you could
  13. I tuned one of my bedrooms into the cat's room. They are fed in there, and have litter boxes, and plenty of places to sleep I installed a baby gate in the doorway, about 8" above the floor. The cats can come and go as they please, but the dogs can't get into the room (and yes, I've had a couple try to crawl under ) They can all see each other, as well.
