I will keep Comet in my heart and prayers. Remember, this is harder on you than it is on him. You are doing the best, most loving thing you can possibly do for him (no matter how much it hurts you).
Sending lots of good thoughts and prayers for Cricket.
I can never remember the name of it but the injection version of Glucosamine/Chondroitin seems to work wonders with arthritis.
Fingers, toes, eyes all crossed that Cricket is all better ASAP.
Sending lots of prayers and good thoughts your way. I know my friend Lisa went through a lot with her lovely Echo who had heart problems. She is on the boards here as Anniesmom (I think that is her ID). She might have some ideas/suggestions for you.
My vet rocks! He is also a homecare vet so you don't have to worry about driving/taxi's or doggie nerves. He has worked with all 3 of my girls and he is a Ridgeback guy so he completely understands sighthounds. Went to Penn, did a fellowship at Animal Medical Center. I can't say enough good things about him. His name is Andy Obstler and you can reach him at 212.875.2414 or 917.747.3923 and email him at homecarevet@gmail.com.
Yay!!!!!! Mazie gets to come home. That is such amazing news. If you have to do it, staying up all night is easier than you think. She is going to be so thrilled to get home where she knows she belongs. Congratulations to all of you!
