    Sammie loves his vet and the techs, etc. are crazy about him. He is also a blood donor dog for them. Wow, 13. Sam is just six.

    At our local Whole Foods store I purchase organic wheat grass for $2.89. I clip some off for the dogs' or Samlur would pull it out of the container and eat the whole thing. Yes, he has done this before. I keep it next to the cat dishes and my cats munch at will.

    Welcome. That age is so fun. Samlur was 15 months and a big, goofy puppy with rose buds for ears. Hope you can help with the paw, and, of course, pictures will be in order.

    So nice to see no flames. I am too afraid to let Samlur off leash. He loves flying things, be it butterflies, birds, or airplanes. Also want to add, we seem to have a lot of off leash dogs in our town, even in parks where they are to be leased. It is a big worry for me. I wont even go to one park anymore as I am worried Samlur might get attacked. Seems as if animal control is so lax around here. GRRR

    I know the Bison formula is more expensive in other brands of dog food.

    Ditto to mixing. Both sized kibbles won't hurt and she may enjoy the change. Nice husband for helping out.
