Guest MyCody
Our senior lady keeps us busy, that's for sure. After recently being diagnosed with kidney problems, being on meds for it and me cooking for her, Leah suddenly started standing perfectly still and panting like crazy, of course off to Dr. Cordy. After three xrays, he called us in to show us small STONES in her intestines and one larger one in her stomach. I commented that I always got rave reviews from everyone else for my cooking, what the HEY?????? He was afraid she may not be able to pass the one in her stomach so off to Ocean State, RI's own little money pit, buy they do good work. He thought she should be scoped to go in and retrieve that stone. After looking at the xrays which Dr. Cordy had burned to a disc for us and doing an ultrasound, radiologist decided she didn't need scoping and they thought she may be having a problem with her pancreous. Sent her home with meds and she's been ok, no more panting. She did thank us profusely when she got home and Charlie opened the van side door and she flew out of there and took a jog around the immediate neighborhood stopping for pets from our neighbor who grabbed her collar for us.
