Guest greytbookert Posted December 9, 2010 Share Posted December 9, 2010 Well, it's been a year since I lost Bean and T a day apart. Bean due to old kitty age and T due to hemangio. It is still a bit surreal that they are gone and I think of each of them, along with all my other Bridge kids on a daily basis. It is kind of fitting that I put T and Bean anniversary together in one post, since they had an interesting relationship. When T first met Bean, he went over to him all happy and goofy while Bean was sitting on the sofa. Bean wasn't too thrilled about that and gave him a swat on his muzzled nose. T was so upset with the swat, that he cowered into DH and I. For the next few days, Bean would chase T out a room and let him know that he was the boss. A little cat bossing around a big brindle boy.... After a while, the two became friends and Bean didn't taunt T. Here are some photos of both Bean and T, that I love to look at. I'll never forget the night T died suddenly and his 'thunder-snow' Wow, the thunder-snow, that was insane. I don't know that I've ever shared that on GT but right about the time, we realized that we were not going to be able to save T, there was a loud clap of thunder, but it was snowing out. It was a crazy weather day, where we had gotten about 4 - 6 inches of snow, then a warm front was moving in causing the thunder... but the timing of it all was so odd and kind of creepy.
