Guest Gingergrey
On October 19th, 2002 we lost our first greyhound Sugar (aka Sugar Nite), three weeks before we were scheduled to take our trip to China to adopt our second child. Needless to say, it was bittersweet. We had her for six years. She was 13 years old. She was never sick. Only became ill two weeks before she died. She had cancer in her lungs, we never knew if there was a primary site. We let her go, there was no hope. We didn't know much about greyhounds at that time but adopting you was the best thing we ever did sweet girl. We still miss you Sugie. I always think back to happier times when you were here with us. I miss the way you used to insist that your long needlenose belonged under my arm. Love you sweetheart, we haven't forgotten you. Run free with Ginger, I'm sure you two are always together now. Love, your mom & dad.
Greytlady94
Quote Greyhound angels at the bridge- Casey, Charlie, Maggie, Molly, Renie, Lucy & Teddy. Beagle angels Peanut and Charlie. And to all the 4 legged Bridge souls who have touched my heart, thank you. When a greyhound looks into you eyes it seems they touch your very soul.
