RobinM Posted October 10, 2008 Share Posted October 10, 2008 (edited) I just recieved a call from the vet. They could not be happier. She is walking. She was licking the cookies we dropped off but she is about to recieve her 1st chemo so they don't want her to have too many (remember, she is the official cookie monster) They gave her an anti nausea for the chemo, it started with an "R" and the chemo will be done momontarily. She is on injectable morphine every 6 hours which the vet said is the long end of the scope which is greyt. She said that when she came in to see Polli (it's her day off) Polli was sitting there, looking like a happy greyhound. There is little to no oozing. She said, she was very surprised she did this well. Apparently, she doesn't really know my Polli girl, the Mommy. If things continue this way, she will be home tomorrow. Let go and let God.
