I've already called our adoption group to set the wheels in motion for our next greyhound - the house seems empty - and Bubba has already made i clear that he does NOT like being an only dog. Sorry about losing Daisy. Even when we are certain it's the best path, it just isn't easy I think it is a beautiful thing that you are opening your home to another grey. When I did the pet transfer, he very nicely sent me puppy pictures of my girl. It was a really nice sense of closure to track down his current phone number and say thank you for a wonderful dog. And I don't think he thought I was a weirdo. Poor Bubba really misses her.
