Guest Bodie Posted August 13, 2007 Share Posted August 13, 2007 I received a call this morning from OSU. Bodie can go home tomorrow! The vets wanted to keep him one more day, just to make sure, since he had a setback on Saturday, but they now say he is progressing well, his seeping has stopped and his bruising is disappearing. He is eating and drinking and walking on his own. My daughter was able to switch around her work schedule so that she can accompany me on the long trek. We leave at 6:00 AM tomorrow and hopefully, will get to Columbus at 1:00 PM to pick up my boy. Then we will make the long journey back home. Thank you, Greytalkers, for all your prayers, white lights, and good thoughts. I have no doubts that they sailed right to Ohio and helped Bodie get better. He can be upstairs, hear someone peeling a banana downstairs, and he comes barreling down the steps for his share! I'll have to make sure I buy some welcome home bananas for him!
