We helped her to a better place one year ago today, after it was discovered she had hemangiosarcoma of the great vessels of the heart and lungs. Thankfully, she was not sick or symptomatic until three days before she went to the Bridge. Even a year later, I still don't have the words to honor you the way you should be, but I know you know what's in my heart.
