I'm so sorry.

Rhemus has been having trouble with his food lately--after he eats, he gags and coughs, and sometimes chokes on his food and seems to have trouble coughing it out. I do wet his food, and it's mixed with canned food as well, so it's not only dry kibble he's having trouble with. He had an episode yesterday where he was trying to cough some food out and couldn't, and seemed to be having some trouble breathing for a brief period of time. The other thing is that sometimes when he barks, no sound comes out. ETA: When he does make sound, it's super high-pitched. Anyone have any experience with this kind of thing? Could the non-barking be related to the food choking?

Oh man, Rose is shedding tons right now, too. And she's a very, VERY furry greyhound!! <--- imagine that the confetti is actually fur, and the marshmallow/cloud thingy is Rose.

My Rosie is from Rescued Racers, too! I wonder if our greys "knew" each other down in Texas?! Rose was there in the donor program for about four years, from what I can tell from her paperwork. eta: I just saw that your boy came up in March--I bet he and Rose were on the same haul--I was there to met the hauler that day! I have some pics, I wonder if I snapped one of your boy? I'll have to look and see...

What a cutie! I adopted my girl Rose from a TX blood donor program in March. I'm not sure which one. I'm not sure of the conditions they live in, but I can tell you Rose is a little shy, but very, very sweet. Welcome to GT!!

My Rhemo has a bald butt and a bald tummy, but, strangely enough, his, um, --change purse-- is really, really hairy!
