Chester has been gone 8 years and Polly 6. I still think of my handsome dude and beautiful baby girl every day. However, now it is always with a smile. Chester was a lab blend and Polly a brittany spaniel. Talk about different from a greyhound. I love their differences but value their similarities. It took years for me to get to this point, months is much too soon.

I too am very sorry for your loss. We lost our Chester to osteo 7 years ago. I don't think a day has gone by that I haven't thought of my handsome dude. However, I now think of him and smile. Many prayers that you soon find the same peace and comfort in your memories of TBone.

Mary Hulman George (family owner of Indianapolis Motor Speedway best known for announcing "LADIES AND GENTLEMEN; START YOUR ENGINES") is a huge greyhound supporter. Also, who is the mystery author with greyhounds? I have read her books but am having a brain-burp and can't recall her name.

Lori Ann: God must have needed an extra-special angel to have called you home from your mama. I bet you were needed to help get all the fruitbats and terrierists that have been running amok at the bridge snarked into shape.
