  1. Sending gentle ear scritches to Bodie.
  2. I am so glad that Gromit has had a good outcome. You are so very right...if the vet will not listen to the dog's owner, run from the office and find another vet. We know our dogs and most greyhound people really know their dogs. I had cat scratch fever and it is a nasty disease.
  3. My dogs have not taken Primor. I just want to send prayers for Monty.
  4. Sending prayers for Lacey Laine and hope that tomorrow's chemo will go well.
  5. What kind of bones has he had? The best bones to firm up would be raw turkey necks fed daily, if you are willing to try raw. Poor guy has got to be miserable.
  6. I have had a problem with some glucosamine causing runny poo, but have never had that problem with Fresh Factors and Joint Health. I hope feels better soon.
  7. Very good news!! Did the vet discuss with you giving her something for her tummy since the Doxy may upset it?
  8. I would definitely neuter. The procedure is not that difficult and his long term health could be much more adversely affected by not neutering. You must not be in the US, because I cannot imagine any adoption group here saying it is your option. Do your boy a favor and neuter. Seriously, it is a simple procedure. Edited due to spelling
  9. I would go ahead and take her in for a thorough physical and labs, it could be something simple but you never know until you have her checked.
  10. I hope that Bodie will feel like eating something yummy tomorrow. Sending prayers and gentle ear scritches to Bodie.
  11. Get rid of the vines or DH? Have him get rid of the vines and any grapes that may be on the ground, and keep tabs on the area so they don't grow back. Probably be a good idea if DH knows about the other toxic stuff also. He'll probably pay more attention now. I second the bloodwork and urinalysis suggestion. linky
  12. Very well could be from the food change, does she give her any fish oil and vitamin D? Those will help the coat. As for the blood testing, since she is seven if your friend has not had bloodwork done on her in the past year, I would go ahead and have at least a comprehensive panel done.
  13. Could be a corn or some arthritis showing up. Sending prayers and gentle ear scritches for Deuce.
  14. Good to hear that Blitz is home. Sending prayers and gentle ear scritches.
