Dylan had a partial tail amputation today along with a full dental, toenail trim (while he was under) and was sent home with Clavamox and Tramodol. Our total bill was $187.00. I was absolutley amazed! I even asked the vet if he missed anything on the bill and he said No..I love our VET!!!

He's doing well. We are going to pick him up soon. They decided to take over 1/2 the tail as my Vet was afraid it would just keep happening if we didn't take that much. I'm just worried it will start to bleed at home...

I also agree with Chiropractics! We have had huge success with it with our Greys and our Dalmatian...I would start with the least invasive and go from there. Just a thought...

Dylan's feet were just a mess. Red, itchy, constantly licking. So I went to the drugstore and got Aveeno bath packets. I mixed it with water like directions say and soaked his feet for 10 minutes and instant relief! They look so much better. So far he has not tried to lick them. I hate seasonal allergies!!! Has anyone else used Aveeno before?

When Dylan had a terrible staph on the skin, he was on Cephelaxin and then my holistic vet suggested adding Bovine Colostrum. It worked wonderfully and the staph never came back. The Cephalaxin alone was not doing the trick, but when I added the Colostrum it really took care of it. It is suppose to do something with the immune response. I give it every summer and fall when his allergies are bad and it really helps. Just a suggestion....

Gable Dodge was Daisy's daddy also. She is a wonderful dog with a very playful side. Any other littlermates of Daisy's (Slatex Cassie) born 4/15/01 out there? All his offspring is just goreous....
