I was reading the recent toe threads in this forum and was relieved that neither of mine had damaged their toes, but then the inevitable happened... Dippy dislocated an outside toe on her front left foot whilst zooming round the garden. She screamed the GSOD, but I popped the toe back and immediately it was as if nothing had happened. No need for a quick trip to the vet, but I'm now wondering what next?
Do I just leave things as they are and hope it doesn't dislocate again? I'll have to lead walk her for a while (a few weeks) so that she can't do zoomies outside, but not sure how to stop her inside! I'll speak to the vet - she's due her annual check this week - to see what they suggest too.
