macoduck Posted September 10, 2023 Share Posted September 10, 2023 If I am to present a lecture at Mountain Hounds next year I really need some faulty equipment for demonstrations. Do you have a defective leash clip? A collar that ripped or slid out of the size you'd adjusted? A harness product that surprised you by failing resulting in an escape or near escape of your greyhound? As an example, you're walking your dog and suddenly you realize they are no longer at the end of the leash. Although a photo of the bad equipment would be okay, I won't be doing any kind of slide show, although I might make printouts with the photos as handouts. Preferably I'd like to show that gear to the attendees at the lecture in person. Please dig through your gear for any that's given you trouble or malfunctioned and I will reimburse you for shipping any of it to me. You can also relay any gear failure stories here or message me.
