You can get them at drug stores for cheap. http://www.shoeandfootcare.com/p/208-551-00/product-titania-stainless-steel-double-sided-cuticle-pusher-cleaner-p208-551.html One end is flat and about a quarter inch wide and the other end has a point. I get the edges up as far as I can with the flat side and use the point if I have to to get the final pull.
