Guest 4rooers
Oh gosh - poor Rourke Why weren't they able to pass the scope - inflammation or the mass itself? I hope the meds make him feel better very soon & that OSU can add some enlightenment. Apparently their scope was not small enough to get past the os penis(a bone) and the other option is a surgical biopsy which is very dangerous because of the area and potential to cause damage. He was having urethral spasms last night into this morning and I would have to help him by pressing on the bladder just to release a few drops. My vet said to start Prazosin HCL that Tech had given me to start on Monday, along with a Xanax. He's finally resting. I am so sleep deprived(haven't slept in 3 days) and emotional, I was ready to let him go this AM, but the vet, my acupuncture vet and Sara(greytlady) told me to try and hang on. A lot of his discomfort may be temporary from the trauma of all the tests. I'm hoping to get some good news from OSU. Thanks for the prayers, I need each and every one of them. Guest 4rooers
A dear friend contacted an animal communicator I have used in the past and she said Rourke didn't want to leave yet, but he thought it would be soon, because he didn't think the vet could fix him. He told Gail he loved me and was very happy living with me, and he knew that I loved him, too. My heart is breaking.

Guest 4rooers
All Rourke's test and results have been sent to Dr. Couto at OSU, now we wait for his input. Thank you all so much for the prayers. Rourke seems to be feeling ok, still incontinent, but at least he's peeing without help! Hopefully my vet will get some feedback soon.
