Guest VelvetEars Posted January 15, 2011 Share Posted January 15, 2011 (edited) I tried to post last night, but my post was wiped out and I couldn't rewrite it through the tears. It was at 9p yesterday, 3 years ago, that I held Jane as she left me, my tears soaking her head. I slept with her tags around my neck and in my hand last night. I miss her. I think about her. Every. Single. Day. I don't know that I will ever find a way to heal the hole she left in my heart. I wish I could tell people it gets easier, but I can't. Some days are easy. But then there are days that I miss her so much I physically ache. I would give anything .... anything .... to have just one more day with her. Just one more day.
