Cully
Six years ago today my heart broke for the first time. We had to help our first greyhound Van cross the bridge. We lost him to osteo. He is the reason that we still have greyhounds to this day. Every other greyhound that has entered our house has had some big paws to fill. He was just so special. I tell everyone that he either so "su**er or mom" written across my forehead. Van loved everyone and everyone loved Van. Van thank you for bring me into the world of greyhounds. Mommy & Grammy miss you. Quote waiting at the bridge Connie Van Teddy & Jojo, Cobra

Like you I remember the day and year my greys became bridge babies. Thoughts of you today...............

nancy14
I lost my first grey to osteo too. It is so sad. There has to be a cure soon for this awful disease. Your Van was a beautiful boy. I love the pictures. Quote From Wisconsin -- It's Nancy, Bob, Carla, June Bug and our newby Skorch.... along with Buffy. She's the little hound that meows. With loving memorials to K.C., Barko and Major Turn -- all playing at the bridge.
