She is a beautiful angel. I just love the pictures especially the one with her sleeping on the beach, her little nose covered in sand. Sheila, you have wonderful memories and she will forever be in your heart. :grouphug

I still remember when she (with Buzz?) walked into my house for my "potential adopter visit" and found herself a spot on my sofa. I was scared to death Homey was going to eat them alive! I can't remember which one totally turned Homes into a totally submissive creature. She laid there beside me with her head in my lap while I tried to listen to everything you and Greg were telling me but I was so infatuated with her (and amazed with Homes!) that I probably only heard about half of what you said. Crooke is truly the reason I now have my four of my own and I know these greyhounds will be a part of my life forever. I still have your Christmas card with the pictures of Crooke and Elphie on my fridge.

Happy Birthday Crooke,

I can still remember Dennis coming into my kennel and asking if I had a special dog for a special family.... she was very special. Lots of us remember what a special girl Crooke was. Happy Birthday Crooke!

My prayers and deepest sympathies are with you. Lovely pictures- they said more than any words could have. I will tell my bridge kids to look for her. I am sure she is with you still. You can see her kind and loving spirit through the pictures. I have found out that what we have loved so deeply we can never lose because it forever becomes a part of us.
