Definitely call the vet. Morgaine did that once on a weekend night, and I called my vet's mobile phone in a panic. He told me it was likely her third eyelid getting stuck and to give it a while to return to normal. He said if it wasn't back to normal by morning to take her to the eVet. It went back to normal within 30 minutes. Sending lots of good thoughts and prayers for your girl.
