Thanks everyone, it had me so worried and here it was a good thing.

Hobbes went to a new dog park today. I get off work really early (I start at a ridiculous hour though) so I figured there wouldn't be to many other dogs, and there weren't. Just a great dane, pug and a husky, All the dogs seemed to get on good, Hobbes even ignored the pug how was running around like a crazy fool. Hobbes was wandering around, did zoomies by himself for a bit, marked everything in his path. It looked like he was having a good time, but when he came up to me after a few minutes I rubbed his ears and I felt this weird vibration. It was in both ears. I checked to see if there was a bug in there but nothing. He took off again and when he returned to me same thing. It was constant and felt very strong. I kinda freaked out and left the park. As soon as we were in the car it went away. It's been several hours and has not returned. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this? Could this been caused by nervousness, excitement, or could this be something else?

Hobbes sat in an adoption kennel for a 1 1/2 years before I got him, so needless to say he was out of shape. The first time I brought him to my parents to visit, he ran around like a crazy fool, with their collie cross. His hind end trembled quite badly. I was so worried, I thought he was just to old to run around. (he was almost 8). That was 2 months ago, today he can beat my parents dog. No problems with trembling in his hind end. He just had to become fit again. If your girlie is enjoying herself, I wouldn't stop her. Maybe just build her up slowly, only letting her run every other day or something.

I wouldn't worry yourself. There is only a small amount of caffeine and chocolate in a tiramisu. Watch them closely if any seem off bring them to the e-vet. I had a collie/shephard growing up that once ate an entire box of chocolate that wasn't put away on christmas morning. The vet told us to watch him, he was fine. He also loved coffee (would steal it) He lived to almost 15

Hobbes had horrible teeth and gums when I adopted him In July so I had a dental done with ten extractions two weeks ago. I was so thrilled his teeth were white, and his gums a nice pink colour and best of all the breath was fresh. But already I'm noticing that his gums are becoming red and inflamed, and there is a slight odour again. I've been using oxyfresh in his water, as well I'm using a oral rinse from the vet for gingivitis. I'm also slowly getting him use to brushing his teeth. What else can I do? His teeth actually are in good shape, it's mainly the gums that are the problem.

I walk Hobbes for about a half hour in the morning and an hour in the evening plus short pee breaks. I've only had him 6 weeks and worked up to this time slowly. At first he was only able to do about 15 minutes before he was lagging behind. Now he demands a long walk, and I obey. Hey it's cheaper then a gym membership

Back when I was 13 years old, I saw my first greyhound. It was love at first site My parents really weren't into the idea of getting one, so I waited. Then I met my husband who never owned a dog and vowed never to, so again I waited. After almost 15 years of waiting and many many compromises with my DH, I am proud to say I am owned by one of these magnificent dogs. Hobbes came into our home 6 weeks ago today. He has been everything a thought a greyhound would be. He is such a sensitive soul but can be a complete goof when he is a home. We almost didn't get him because he was much older then what we thought we wanted, but it's true when they say the dog picks you. Now I can't imagine not having him, he has even totally changed my DH mind about dogs. Hobbes has him wrapped around his little paw He even has been such a good greyhound ambassador my parents a thinking of adopting one. So here's our little man...
