Guest shirley
It seems I have had to make one to many entries in remebrance over the past few months. Recently my first foster girl Snow went to the bridge and today I received a phone call from a very dear friend who adopted my 2nd foster girl Cindy. They had been out having a nice run in an enclosed straight track when Cindy died of a massive heart attack. She apparently felt no pain and she was almost 5 years old. I wish that her mum Jacqui and I could also feel no pain . Cindy you melted my heart from the first day you came into my home and I will miss you terribly. Snow will greet you at the bridge and I will do my best to help your mum understand that it wasn't her fault. I will miss you my little black shadow. You were the queeen of roaching and I love you . Guest Guest_Shirley
Thanks everyone, I have taken a poem that someone posted and I will give it to her mum when I see her today to help her heal. Their other grey girl Pretzel is not coping well and is pining for Cindy. At her mums request they have asked me to find another special friend for Pretzel as soon as possible as they don't want to leave her home alone through the day. Today I rang a friend and have found that special little girl and they are coming to collect her this afternoon. They don't wish to replace Cindy but Pretzel needs a friend. I hope that this little girl that I have picked up today will help to fill a gap for Pretzel and in time Jacquie and her DH neil also. Neil is very heartbroken and couldn't even thank me on the phone as he was so emotional. They are both taking time off work to help their new girl Vixen settle in.
