Candy

Candy was never my dog, though I often wished that I could adopt her. I met her twice, she was the sweetest little girl, just wanted to be loved on. If she had come back up for adoption I would have tried everything in my powers to get her. She lost her battle to a tick disease so early in life. Even though you were not my little girl, all those that met you will miss you. I felt that she needed to be known while on the journey over the rainbow bridge.

I'm so sorry. I expect she is smiling over the bridge at your tribute -- she sounds like a girl who wanted only to be loved, and she was, tho her time here was too short.

Go with God, little girl.

I'm so sorry to hear about darling Candy.I will always be thankful that GT alerted me to having Matt tested since he turrned out to have chronic Ehrlichia. It's even sadder when the passing resulted from a treatable illness. The only hope I can offer is my belief that we WILL see them again....
